One thing I have learned in the last year as I have been trying to lower my grocery bill is to not stick to one store.  It is so easy to shop at the same store each week, you know the layout, the employees, etc., but the best way to get a good deal is to compare the sales ads and coupons at a number of stores near you each week to get the best deal.  For me, this week Ralphs had the best deals.  Here is a break down of some of the best deals in case you want to shop there too.  Keep in mind that Ralphs is part of the Kroger family of stores, so many of these deals will be applicable at other stores.
