"Like" Walgreens on Facebook and then on Wednesday you will be able to purchase a photo book and only have to pay $2.99 in shipping.  I would create your book ahead of time so all you have to do is order it on Wednesday.  Don't forget to check back on Wednesday when they post all the details on ordering.
