This is a craft that my kids and I made years ago.  I found it in Family Fun magazine.  It is still holding up well and it brings back great memories every year when I pull it out of the box.

Supplies Needed

Those plastic eggs! (You need ones that have a hinge, meaning they do not come completely apart)
Green foam sheets
Twist ties
1 paper plate
Glue ( I used hot glue)
Puff paints or markers to decorate

*Take your paper plate and cut the center out.  This is the back of your wreath.

*I made a leaf template out of cardboard and then traced it onto my foam.  I used two different shades of green.  At the time the kids were too young for this part.

*Glue each leaf into the paper plate.

*Then it was time to decorate the eggs.  The kids had a great time decorating them.  We had a lot of puff paint in the house, so that is what we used, but you could decorate with markers, paint, glitter glue, etc.

*After the eggs have dried open each one and wrap a twist tie around the hinge in the egg.  Then find a spot on your wreath where there is a larger space between leaves and put the twist tie around that area and tie in the back, around the paper plate.

Now you have an egg wreath for years to come!
