Book Review: Here, Home, Hope

I just finished Here, Home, Hope. It was a really quick read and I really enjoyed it. It is nice to read a book that can't wait to pick up each time and immerse yourself in the characters lives.
Here is a little about the book - Kelly Mills Johnson becomes restless in her thirty-ninth year. An appetite for more forces her to take stock of her ordinary middle-American existence and her neighbors’ seemingly perfect lives. Her marriage to a successful attorney has settled into a comfortable routine, and being the mother of two adorable sons has been rewarding but exhausting. Meanwhile, Kelly’s own passions lie wasted. She eyes with envy the lives of her two best friends, Kathryn and Charlotte, both beautiful, successful businesswomen who seem to have it all. Kelly takes charge of her life, devising a midlife makeover plan.
It was inspiring to read about the character and how she was getting restless and knew there was something missing in her life. Have you ever felt that way? Have you taken a step of faith and tried something new? I started this website at about the same age as the character in Here, Home, Hope knew she needed more. I wonder if is just a time in a lot of women's lives when they are ready for a new challenge? I liked what this author said about Here, Home, Hope...
“Witty and uplifting, Here, Home, Hope is a charming debut that explores the courage it takes to reshape life and how to do it with a dash of panache.”
—Beth Hoffman, bestselling author of Saving CeeCee Honeycutt
