Cast Iron Pans - What is Your Opinion?

If you have followed MFM for any length of time, you know that I live thrift store shopping. Last month I was lucky enough to come across a 10" cast iron skillet and grabbed it. I have found memories of my grandma cooking in hers. But at the time I thought they were heavy and not practical. Well, now that I have used this gem for a month, I think I am hooked. I just used some of my Amazon credit from surveys to buy 2 more! Have you been using cast iron pans? If so, I would love to hear what you think about them (pros and cons).
