As I mentioned earlier this evening, I will be heading out with my mom the next few days to visit some thrift stores. I have been thrifting since I was a young one. We had a Salvation Army one block away from our home and with a mom and grandma who did not drive, we spent a lot of time there.

When my children were young I was there a lot getting them clothes. They grow so fast and that was yet another way to save money. Now I shop more for home decor items that I can remake into something fab... and I am always on the look out for Pyrex.

There are a few bloggers out there who love thrifting and write about it all the time. Here are a few of my favorite.
