Sweet Potato Vine
So, I came across this picture and fell in love. Aren't those leaves a beautiful color and shape? Then when I found out it was a sweet potato plant, I had to give it a try.  

So, I am sharing my plant progress, ha!  Why not.  I bought a "normal" sweet potato at my local grocery store and did this:


I love my mason jars and use them for everything!  The article I read mentioned that if you can find ones that already have spuds growing, that would be great. I could not, I guess that is a good thing!
