I made this for my husband's birthday and it was so good I thought I would share the recipe with you!

Crust
25 Oreos
4 Tbls unsalted butter

Filling
2 pints vanilla ice cream
2 pints coffee ice cream
12 Oreos
1 cup of bottled fudge sauce at room temp.
1/2 cup of peanuts or any nuts you love
half a container of Cool Whip

1) Finely crush cookies.  Heat oven to 350 degrees.  In a medium bowl stir melted butter into cookie crumbs until moistened.  Press into bottom and upsides of 9 inch deep dish pie plate.

2) Bake crust at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.  Transfer to a wire rack and cool for at least 30 min.

3) Filling - Remove ice creams from freezer and let soften for at least 5 minutes.  Transfer vanilla to a bowl, stir until a good spreading consistency.  Repeat with coffee ice cream.  Spread vanilla into cooled crust and spread level.  Sprinkle coarsely crushed cookie crumbs and then spread coffee ice cream over top.  Freeze for 2 hours.

4) Carefully spread top of pie with fudge sauce.  Sprinkle top 1/2 cup of nuts.  Cover with plastic wrap and freeze overnight.

5) Remove pie from freezer.  Let stand at room temp. for 20 minutes before serving.  Spread Cool Whip on top, then drizzle with more fudge sauce and nuts.

Enjoy!
