I am trying, once again, to get serious with my diet.  One of my BIG problems is snacking in the evening.  I came across nightfood.  It is a bedtime nutrition bar formulated for better sleeping.  Now to me, if I could find a healthy evening snack that also gives me a better night sleep, I am in!  I manage to sleep okay most nights, but sometimes it seems like the littlest thing wakes me up.  Here is a link to get more information if you have no idea what I am talking about.  If you have tired them I would love to hear what you thought.  Click on the title of this post and leave me a comment.
