Where has this book been in my life? Until I heard of the movie, I was not aware of this book and I am so sad that I did not know about it sooner. The book was so moving and inspiring. It is written by two people and I loved the back and forth. Some chapters by one, some by the others and how you get to read the same event seen by two different people. They did such a good job of remember their amazing wife and friend and letting us know that there is hope for the homeless, if they really want it.
This was a special edition that had pictures from the set of the movie and extra information about the lengthy trial that the author went on to get the movie made. I have not seen the movie yet, but am i=looking forward to doing so
If you enjoy true stories, if you have a passion to help others, this is a must read!
