I have been sharing on and off lately about my thrift store trips.  So, I thought it would be fun to give the series a name, so....Thirfting Adventures it will be!

A lot of the times when I go thrifting I am out looking for something specific, and I am always looking for Pyrex, my new obsession!  You can read more about it HERE :)

I am co-hosting my sister-in-law's bridal shower at my home on Saturday, and you can imagine the craziness that is going on around here now.  After a long, hot day my husband and I decided to go out to dinner and then make a thrift store stop.  Salvation Army is the only store around here that is open late.  Here is what I was able to come home with:

I love to bake and I was lucky enough to find this cupcake tin that bakes 24 cupcakes at once!  Life will be so much easier!  It was priced at $5.99 and was 30% off.

I was thrilled to find a yellow Pyrex mixing bowl.  This is part of a set of 4 that is very popular.  Each bowl is a different primary color.  Here is what the set looks like:

(not my set)

Finding the largest one was a great find.  I will be on the look out for the rest.  It was $12.99 which is too much, but it was 50% off so I got it!

The mug was only $.99 and then 30% off.  I bought it because it is the accent color in my kitchen and I think I will plant a succulent in it.

I really like this plate.  I bought a plate rack a few years ago at a thrift shop and used it in my bathroom for towels.  A few months ago I moved it down to my kitchen and needed a plate for it.  This was beautiful and has a bible verse on it.  It still had the original Hobby Lobby sticker on it.  I paid $3.99 minus 30%

Last was this delicious smelling candle.  It is brand new and was $2.99 plus 30% off.  Could not get it that cheap in a store.

We had lots of fun shopping this evening.  If you like to visit thrift stores and would like to share some of your great finds, I would love to see them and perhaps feature them here on MFM.  E-mail them to me HERE.
